• Refunds for training programs will be considered only if cancellation is requested within 3 days of payment, and before the course has commenced.
• No refunds will be processed once the course has started or training materials have been accessed.
• For online downloadable content (documents/videos/materials), no refund is applicable once access is granted.
• Any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Service-based project agreements or consultations are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a written contract.
